Our Policies:
Application Policy:
- Click here for a copy of the required application. Feel free to print out application from site and bring to showing already filled out.
- Applications are processed on a first come/first serve basis. Because of this, when coming to a showing, it is advised that you come prepared to fill out an application, or have a complete application with you at your showing.
- We run credit and criminal history checks on all applicants without exception. We automatically reject applications with an eviction on record within the past 5 years and open bankruptcies within the past 10 years.
- We require a $25 per adult application fee. Application fees are required to be paid when application is submitted. Application fees go towards part of the cost incurred while running credit and criminal history checks.
- Your application fee is no longer refundable if the application is run.
Pet Policy:
Here at South Shore Property Managment we love animals. We are happy to consider cats and small dogs at most of our properties. Some restrictions apply and approval of pet is at the discretion of the property manager.
- 2 cats or 1 small dog per unit (20lb or less)
- $500 refundable pet deposit at lease signing
- $50/mo pet fee
Smoking Policy:
-All properties are non-smoking, no exceptions.
-All properties are drug free, no exceptions.
Utilities:
Tenant is responsible for the following utilities unless otherwise noted:
- Electricity
- Gas
- Cable/Internet
Water and Trash are included in rent unless otherwise noted.
