My First Flip

Today I closed on my first house flip! A flip project has been a dream of mine for a while and I'm thrilled to share my journey as I go through the process!

I have so many plans for this little house and am so excited to get started on the work! But first things first, I have to do some foundation work on the property!

I bought the property knowing about some foundation settling. It was part of the budget that I took into account when writing my offer on the property. The scope of the work is still unknown but will soon be revealed by a soil boring test.
