My First Flip- Soil Boring Test

I have completed another step towards the flip today! I had a sol boring test done on the property to understand the foundation and how stable it is!

A Soil Boring test is when a large machine bores into the ground near your house foundation. It bores down about 40 ft and takes out a sample. This sample shows the engineer how stable the foundation under the house is. This test was required on my home because of the existing settling I knew about when purchasing the home.

Good news, the foundation is good, and stable! Not likely to settle further in the future!

Bad news, in order to level the house back to its original state, some big and expensive work will still be required!
